Rubix Benelux has acquired Rotterdam-based Geeve Hydraulics, establishing a strong hydraulics offer for Rubix across the region.
Geeve is a leading independent hydraulics business and one of Parker’s chosen hydraulics specialists in The Netherlands.
Founded in 1996, Geeve distributes hydraulic hoses and components and provides a range of associated services including assembly, certification and repair. Since 2016 Geeve has expanded its product range to include pneumatics, motors and piping.
With 45 employees the business generated sales of c.€19m in 2019.
Henk Geeve has led the business since he founded it and is taking the opportunity to retire. Both of his sons and the other senior managers will remain with the business.

This acquisition will develop our hydraulics capabilities while building our presence in the industrial Rotterdam area.
