As part of the Group’s network development strategy, Rubix has acquired Test Systemy Uszczelniające sp. z o.o. (Test) – a leading supplier of specialist seals and hydraulic repair services.
Based in Czestochowa, Test provides regeneration and repair services of hydraulic cylinders and supplies hydraulic seals, including in-house customised solutions.
The business extends Rubix’s regional capabilities in providing key services to customers, and strengthens its capabilities in seals.
With 34 employees, Test will report sales of over PLN 10 million in the year ending 31 December 2021.
The four founders, who started Test in 1992, will remain in their roles and will continue to support the further growth of the business.
