This team includes Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Managers. Together, they identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. With a focus on both internal and external sales, these professionals ensure effective client engagement, from prospecting to closing deals. Rubix’s commercial team is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and achieving strategic business objectives.

1. Internal Sales: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Your responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

2. External Sales: As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by actively seeking and securing new business opportunities. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Insite Manager: As an Insite Manager, you will oversee operations directly at the client’s site to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating logistics, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and Rubix, ensuring smooth processes and client expectations are met.

4. Key Account Manager: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term business growth.

5. Rubix Direct: Rubix Direct provides remote customer support via phone, email, and online chat, focusing on resolving inquiries, managing orders, and addressing customer issues.
