As part of the Group’s growth strategy, Rubix has acquired specialist TGM distributor Madriferr.
Founded in 1992 by Oscar Madrid, Madriferr is a specialist supplier of tools and general maintenance products in the Madrid area.
The business has 65 employees working across two locations and generates sales of more than €15m per year.
Madriferr has delivered consistent, strong growth through the creation and development of a sales team with deep specialist knowledge and technical expertise focused on key account customers.
Oscar continues to lead the business today and will oversee the transition over the coming years, supported by Madriferr’s established management team.
