Latest promotion to the management committee demonstrates depth of talent across the Group
After five years in leadership roles across markets and functions, Maarten Bode is appointed CEO of Rubix Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). He will join the management committee, reporting to Group CEO Franck Voisin.
Joining Rubix from Bain in 2018, where he was a management consultant, Maarten was the transformation manager for Rubix UKII before moving to the same role in the Benelux. After that, he was COO of Rubix Central & Eastern Europe, later moving to the Group category management team with responsibility for bearings and mechanical power transmission. Most recently he was Group VP for category management, covering all product categories.
Commenting on the appointment, Group CEO Franck Voisin said: “Maarten’s considerable experience within Rubix will serve him well in leading our DACH business, which continues to offer great potential as one of our largest markets.
“I am delighted that we have been able to make another appointment to the management committee from home grown stock. Continuing to develop our in-house talent remains a priority for me and Maarten is a great example of the career development possibilities at Rubix.”
