Rubix Germany completed the acquisition of the Lerbs Group on 30 October 2019, extending its industry-leading product and service offering. The acquisition includes Lerbs GmbH and all associated companies.
Headquartered in Bremen, the Lerbs Group is a full-service supplier of tools, personal & protective equipment, fastening and welding technology products, factory equipment and technical machine elements.
Kai-Uwe Meyer (COO) and Marc Schötz (CFO) will continue to manage the company.
