Announcement Rubix adds to fluid power and pneumatic capabilities in Italy with O&P

Rubix has acquired Oleodinamica & Pneumatica Srl (O&P) through its Italian subsidiary, Fluidmec, as part of the Group’s network development strategy.

Based in the Cremona region, O&P is a distributor of hydraulic (including hose and hose assemblies) and pneumatic products.

The business extends Fluidmec’s presence in the region and O&P’s customers will benefit from the broader range of products and services available from the wider Rubix business in Italy.

With six employees working from a single branch, the company reported sales of €2.6m in the year ended 31 December 2020.
