Franck Voisin

Chief Executive Officer

Franck Voisin became Group CEO of Rubix in October 2023. Previously he was CEO of Rubix France for five years with a strong focus on growth, operational excellence and cash conversion.

He started his career with Total Energies as a field operations manager before joining facilities services business Elis where he held a range of roles across commercial management, production management and transformation. After that, he held general management roles at elevator engineering business Kone before joining Orexad where he became managing director. Following the acquisition of Orexad by IPH he was appointed Group Operations and Process Director, a role he held through the IPH-Brammer merger that created Rubix.

Franck has a master’s degree in engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers.

Katy Phillips

Chief Financial Officer

Katy Phillips became Group CFO of Rubix in October 2023. Previously she was Group Financial Controller (GFC), a role she also held at Brammer plc before it was taken private by Advent International.

She played a key role during the take-private, merger with IPH and the subsequent growth of the combined businesses in Rubix.

Katy qualified with PwC before taking her first role in industry with promotional merchandise business 4imprint plc. From there she joined Brammer where she held a number of roles in the finance function before her appointment as GFC.

Katy holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and genetics from Nottingham University.

David Morkeberg

Group HR Director

David Morkeberg joined Rubix as Group HR Director in March 2018. He was previously Group CHRO for Inchcape Shipping Services and has previously held Divisional HRD roles in A.P. Moller – Maersk, Baker Hughes and Rexam plc.

With a background in HR leadership positions in shipping, oilfield services and manufacturing, he has worked with leadership teams to build growth through both acquisitions and organic opportunities. David has an MSc in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and an Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

Lee Pruitt

Group Chief Digital and Marketing Officer

Lee Pruitt joined Rubix in July 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in e-business and digital transformation. Previously, as Director of E-Business and Digital Transformation at Applied Industrial Technologies, Lee spearheaded the creation of a robust online customer acquisition engine and a seamless digital sales process, driving measurable business growth.

Lee’s career began in the United States as an E-Commerce Manager at Fastenal. He later joined Grainger starting in sales, where he advanced to become a Global E-Commerce Manager for all Europe, Middle East, and Africa and subsequently relocated to Europe as their first regional hire. In this role, he successfully led business development initiatives across the continent. In 2015, Lee ventured into entrepreneurship, founding a B2B e-commerce business specializing in reselling American MRO products in Europe.

Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, and an MBA from Tennessee Technological University, reflecting his strong foundation in business and strategic leadership.
