2. IT: The IT department provides technological infrastructure crucial for supporting Rubix’s omnichannel distribution network. It enables digitalisation initiatives, manages cybersecurity, and ensures system efficiency across all locations.

3. HR: The HR function is responsible for managing over 8,500 employees across Europe, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. HR ensures the company attracts and retains the right talent to support growth.
